These are a couple of questions we are most asked frequently. Especially if you’ve never built a home before, it can seem a little daunting at first. But our step-by-step guide to your Home Building Process, breaks it into easy-to-understand stages, so you know exactly what’s going on at all times. Come in and meet our sales consultants to assist you choosing from hundreds, tried and tested home designs. Alternatively, we can design a floor plan that suits your individual lifestyle and budget.

Quote

We will work with you, countless days and hours to personalise your home plan and perfect it to your requirements. We will then prepare a Quote based on our Premium Inclusions for your consideration.

Place your initial deposit

Once you are 100% satisfied with the draft floor plan and our final quote, we require a deposit of $3,000 to proceed with the preparation of the following:

  • HIA Building Contract and other relevant Documents
  • Detailed schedule of finishes and inclusions
  • Preliminary plans (site plan, floor plan and elevations) for your approval.

NOTE: Upon approval, these plans are considered final, and any further amendments or variation requests will incur additional costs and possible time delays. Read more below (Confirm your finance)

Sign Building Contract Documents

We have now received your acceptance of our final quote, your approval of the preliminary plans and deposit. Within the following 7 days you will receive draft copies of all Building Contract documents for your review from our Admin Team. A meeting will be scheduled with the sales consultant that is looking after you, to sign documents when you are ready.  

Confirm your finance

Congratulations!!

You have signed your Building Contract documents and we have emailed all, to you and your Bank/Broker to arrange unconditional finance approval for your home loan. Formal finance approval also needs to have taken place to move forward from here.

NOTE: No further structural changes are to be made, after payment of your $3,000 deposit and once the Building Contract file is submitted to the bank. You will have an opportunity to make upgrades at your Selection appointment. In the event that you request for more structural changes to your home design, these will be reviewed and finalised at this appointment. This process might add a further 4 weeks to your timeline as opposed to a ‘Direct to Contract’ build journey.
